Interac/Debit/Bank Card - Online Make a Payment
Interac cards (like your Canadian-based bank card) can be used to
make a payment online.
Online Banking or Telephone Banking
Most major Canadian banks and credit unions offer online and telephone banking. Contact Resource Services is set up to accept payment from all major Canadian banks and many credit unions coast-to-coast. Please remember that in order to make an online payment to our company, you must login to your bank's website and add "Contact Resource Services" as a payee before making the payment.
Below is a list of some of the financial institutions that are set up for online payments to Contact Resource Services. If the name of your bank or credit union is not listed below, CRS may still be able to accept an online payment from that financial institution. Contact CRS if you need assistance when making an online payment.
In-Person Banking
If you have received a letter from Contact Resource Services, the bottom of the letter can be detached and used to make a payment at most banks, credit unions or caisse populaires. If you have not received a letter from us, please
contact us and we will send you a form you can use to make a payment.
Western Union
Pay cash at any Western Union location. Find a Western Union location.
Western Union provides a convenient service if you would prefer to make a cash payment. When you arrive, ask a customer service representative for a
blue & white Quick Collect form. Use the following information to fill out the form:
